DESIGNING AND WORKING DRAWINGS
Our 3D Designs system takes your wish list, scape book ideas and dream to create that perfect one of project that suits the family or your individual situation. When all the design work is completed we provide a comprehensive set of construction working drawings, building specification and addenda (if required) for the project
COUNCIL APPROVALS/ BUILDING COMMISSION APPROVALS
As an Owner builder, you are responsible for obtaining an approval from the builder commission (form 75) before starting any works. You will also need to obtain Council approvals for either planning (depends on the project) and building approval. As part of our design and comprehensive working drawings, we offer this service to help through the council mine field of regulation and town planning schemes.
OTHER PROFESSIONAL REQUIRED FOR YOUR PROJECT
We obtain quotes on your behalf for specialized contracts that may be required depending on the project. This will require their services for the purpose of council approvals, Estimating and building the project. These professional contractor to be considered are: Site surveying, Structural Engineering, Soil reporting, Energy assessment and building certification.
FULL ESTIMATION AND QUOTES
Full estimation with quotes from suppliers and contractors (this is helpful for getting bank finance) to give you a full understanding evaluation of project cost, so that you can go out with confidence to get cheaper quote, that saves you even more on the overall project cost.
Site supervision: fully finished or to lock up project management supervision (this service is very flexible to suit your conditions). Alternatively we even can brokerage the project out to several reputable builders to get the very best quote, help with negotiations to achieve the very best price.
Building inspection services… Some clients preferred to go alone, but need the added insurance that other trades are providing services and material that meet both the Australian standards and building codes. We can provide a comprehensive report during or after the project completion.

As an owner builder, your responsibility is:
- All owner on the title of the land or property must be on the application for an owner builders license
- You can only build a house, extension or small commercial building (depending on size and material used)
- You can only do a project every 6 years
- You must comply with all standards and codes
- You must comply with all occupational health and safety requirements
- If you have to sell the property with in the seven years of issue of the building permit, an owner needs to provide home indemnity insurance
